IRONWORKS Amber Rum

The recipe starts with Fancy Grade Molasses from Crosby's in Saint John, New Brunswick. After fermentation and a double distillation, the contents are poured into Kentucky bourbon oak where it matures for the next year. Taking on the vanilla from the oak and earthy tones of the charcoal, this amber rum turns a rich shade of ruddy gold in the process. This rum is highly fragrant and follows with a clean, sharp and sugary finish.
