Ironworks Vodka

Instead of using potatoes or grain, the Ironworks team has sourced apples from the Annapolis Valley to create a smooth, double distilled and completely one of a kind spirit that will taste like no other vodka you’ve ever had. With subtle flavours of apple and butterscotch ripple you can get really creative with using this in cocktails.

Liberty Apples

Liberty was developed at the famous Geneva Research Station in the 1960s.  These apples are very much a McIntosh-style apple with red skin and juicy flesh.  The flavor is well balanced, perhaps sharper than many of the Mac-related varieties.
