Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour with a touch of green. Gooseberries & lime citrus on the nose. A light, lifted palate with citrus and green apple notes and a touch of herbs. Pleasant mouthfeel and structure. The finish is crisp and refreshing.

How it’s Made

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately fined and clarified. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit characters. Once blended and stabilized, we use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove the alcohol and to ensuring the wine maintains its delicate fruit flavours.
