Tasting Notes

Aromatic and lively with a delicate ruby pink tint. Rose petals mingle with tropical fruit and a spicy floral note on the nose. Light bodied and lightly spritzed with a touch of rose petal and citrus. Expect a crisp, refreshing finish.

Moscato grapes grown in South Eastern Australia are picked in the cool of the night to help ensure the wine stays lively and fresh. Retaining a slight spritz adds an extra dimension and ensures the wine finishes clean and crisp.

How it’s Made

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately fined and clarified. Fermentation followed after inoculating with selected yeast strains. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit characters and arrested at desired sweetness levels. Post blending, we use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove the alcohol while ensuring the wine maintains its delicate fruit flavours.
