Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour with green hues. Clean, fresh citrus and grassy aromas. A light, refreshing and lifted palate with citrus, apple and pear notes. Crisp and refreshing, this Sparkling Brut is a great match for any occasion!

How it’s Made

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately fined and clarified. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit characters. Post fermentation, the wine remained on light lees until blended. Once blended and stabilized, we use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove the alcohol and to ensuring the wine maintains its delicate fruit flavours.
